TYPES OF WILL BEQUESTS/TRUST PROVISIONS
1. Specific Will Bequest/Trust Provision
For the purpose of making a charitable gift, I John Q. Green do hereby irrevocably gift to McDaniel College the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) to create an endowment, guidelines for which are on file with the Office of Advancement.
2. Percentage Bequest/Trust Provision
For the purpose of making a charitable gift I Jane Q. Green do hereby gift and bequeath to McDaniel College ten percent (10%) of my assets. I have given these funds to be used for unrestricted purposes.
3. Remainder of Estate/Trust Provision
For the purpose of making a charitable gift I Joe Q. Green do hereby bequeath and gift to McDaniel College the rest remainder and residue of my assets after all other bequests, debts and taxes have been paid for my estate, wherever situated. Said charitable gift shall be used to fund the construction of a class building.
